Full description
All Prophecy models convey the scale of a music or film performance far beyond what their room-friendly form suggests, but the flagship prophecy9 exceeds all expectations in soundstage, dynamics and pure musical enjoyment.
The precise soft-dome tweeter and the superior 55 mm soft-dome midrange driver are housed in a profiled baffle with patented waveguide technology. This provides effortlessly spacious, tangible vocals and beautiful, extended high frequencies that define the recorded space.
The two custom long-throw bass units, combined with PMC's Advanced Transmission Line and the revolutionary LaminairX aerodynamic airflow technology, deliver both astonishingly extended low frequencies and all the subtle nuances of the bass – from whisper-quiet levels to a truly intense impact.
And although the prophecy9 is at home with modest amplification, it will also 'grow' as your system develops – while the clean styling, with full front grilles attached by concealed magnets, makes even this largest prophecy model perfect for any room.
