The Grado Limited Edition GH3 is the first entry-level model in the Heritage series, with cups of Norwegian pine in thinner pieces of wood and the characteristic Grado drivers. Full description
The wood family in the Heritage series grows with the Norwegian pine used in the new GH3 and GH4. The GH3 is the first entry-level model released in the Heritage series, with thinner pieces of wood but still with Grado's signature drivers.
These limited editions are the first Grado headphones to use the warm and textured tonal capabilities of Norwegian pine. They sought out a specific type of this wood for the housings, looking for the right patterns and the desired musical character for the GH3.
A combination of a quarter-sawn cut and a special curing process — without which building these pairs would not have been possible — helps bring these pairs to life.
