The MDX series features the latest Anthem amplifier technology, so you can expect trouble-free, efficient and consistently high power and reliability. The MDX series is designed to simplify your next custom-install audio job and blow your clients away with extreme performance in any setup. The MDX is the result of more than 2 years of development.

The digital switching output allows digital inputs to be linked between multiple MDX units. Analogue pass-through connections allow multiple MDX units to be daisy-chained. Loudspeaker terminals accept up to 12 AWG, ideal for longer loudspeaker cables. IP / RS232 functionality ensures compatibility with leading home automation systems. ON / OFF switching via IP / RS232, 12 Volt trigger or audio detection. Highly efficient design meets global energy-saving standards. Sturdy professional rack-mount brackets included.

Anthem's research and engineering department in the epicentre of the Canadian technology industry, Ottawa, is the driving force behind the revolutionary MDX series. Anthem's engineers spent more than 2 years developing the MDX with its many features, including Anthem Room Correction technology for every zone. The MDX includes these key features and more... 60 Watts (8 Ohm) / 120 Watts (4 Ohm) with all channels driven, or bridgeable for 200 Watts (8 Ohm). 8 or 16 channels of Ultra Class D amplification, each backed by Advanced Load Monitoring technology, deliver fast, reliable performance even under the most demanding loads. A 24-bit / 192 kHz digital-to-analogue converter (DAC) preserves the integrity of high-resolution source material. Custom DSP presets. Separate zone-specific bass management and subwoofer integration via a passive (RCA) or active (driven by another zone in bridged mode) connection. Bridging allows up to 200 Watts for high-power applications such as subwoofers.
